Senior Associate

Marina is experienced in matters of public, national and European law, constitutional and administrative law, with an emphasis on public procurement law (works, supply and service contracts, concession contracts). She has extensive experience in the provision of legal services to public sector organizations and enterprises and to private economic operators regarding issues of Greek and EU public procurement law (drafting of contracts, tender procedures, legal support during the implementation of contracts and dispute resolution). She has handled complex privatisation issues, concession contracts as well as financing of infrastructure projects and has represented clients before the administrative courts and the competent administrative authorities.
