Giannis is a key member of our dispute resolution practice, undertaking some of the most challenging cases our firm takes on.

He has vast experience in acting as lead counsel and in representing and advising clients in complex court litigation, covering a whole range of civil and commercial matters, both before state courts as well as in arbitration proceedings (mainly ICC). With a significant track record to show for it, Giannis is an expert in appellate proceedings and Supreme Court litigation.

He has also acted as counsel in numerous high-profile cases against state- or state-owned entities across various forums.

Giannis holds a PhD in Civil Law and has taught, as a research assistant, various classes in the under- and postgraduate programs of the University of Athens. He has also published various legal treatises and journal articles, both in Greece as well as in Germany.
