Vassilis is Partner at KLC Law Firm and a Professor in the Law School of the University of Athens. He is specialised in public law and has over 25 years of experience in constitutional as well as in administrative law. He has dealt with various cases ranging from issues related to civil liberies, expropriations or personal data to issues related to public contracts and concessions to issues related to licences (environmental, opertional etc.) or to land-planning law. He has been a member of numerous law-making committes and has drafted several legal texts (from laws to regulations). He has represented successfully many legal and natural persons before the Greek Conseil d’Etat or other administrative courts.
