Short Biography

Ioanna is highly experienced in all areas of corporate and commercial law, focusing mainly on M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. She has extensive expertise on complex cross border acquisitions in various sectors, especially tourism and energy, handling all aspects thereof, including deal structuring, due diligence, tender process and transaction documentation.

Ioanna also has deep knowledge of the hospitality sector, advising clients on all types of commercial agreements and corporate transactions, including management and lease agreements, franchising and branding contracts as well as on licensing and regulatory requirements, construction and project development and real estate sector-specific matters.

Drawing from her experience in the hospitality and energy sectors, she is also involved in major real estate transactions, mostly in relation to commercial and touristic properties, PV and wind farms, both through asset as well as through share deals.
