Arianna is a member of the Banking and Finance group of KLC Law Firm. She has successfully advised foreign and Greek clients in large-scale, complex project finance deals mainly in the areas of energy and real estate. She advises on all aspects of financing transactions, including the due diligence stage, the drafting and negotiation of finance documentation and the implementation of drawdown processes. Arianna is also experienced in corporate law and has acted in several matters arising in the area of company and commercial law, including advising on the establishment of corporate entities and providing corporate and secretarial support.
