Efrat Hamami is a partner in the Capital Markets and Commercial Department (Israel) at Amit, Pollak, Matalon

Efrat focuses on advising public and private companies in the areas of capital markets and corporate law. She combines practical experience in leading complex transactions with deep regulatory understanding, providing her clients with accurate and responsible legal advice throughout the entire process.

Efrat specializes in corporate law, securities law and capital markets, and has extensive experience in drafting prospectuses, agreements in the field, and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Efrat represents Israeli public companies on matters related to the capital markets and advises her clients on corporate and securities law, including implementation of corporate and securities law regulations. In addition, Efrat handles public and private offerings, financing transactions, acquisitions and mergers, control acquisitions, tender offers and structural changes of companies.
