Adv. Giora Gutman is a Partner at Amit, Pollak, Matalon, and Co-head of the Capital Markets Department.

Giora has extensive expertise in securities law, corporate law, as well as extensive experience in handling complex commercial transactions including, inter alia, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, investments and capital transfers, as well as structural changes of companies.

Throughout his professional career, Giora has advised leading Israeli and international companies in IPO processes in Israel and abroad and in mergers and acquisitions transactions, while providing strategic and practical advice based on a deep understanding of the business and regulatory aspects. In addition, Giora provides ongoing legal advice to public companies traded in Israel and abroad on securities matters and Israeli regulation, specializing in drafting prospectuses for offerings and complex commercial agreements. The support Giora provides to public companies includes comprehensive advice on corporate governance and regulation matters, as well as dealings with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
