Adv. Grinberg specializes in handling real estate transactions, predominantly, residential and commercial real estate projects, for both public and private bodies.

Adv. Grinberg possesses significant experience in advising clients through all stages of the real estate transaction, beginning with the initial negotiations for the acquisition of the land, agreements with contractors and other advisors, financing agreements, sale/lease of properties to third parties, property management in the capacity of a housing company, working vis-à-vis the Israel Land Authority, registration of residential buildings and the rights of owners of residential units, and the recording of property rights with the Land Registration Authority.
