Adv. Ido Hazan is a Partner at Amit, Pollak, Matalon’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department.

Mr. Hazan provides legal services to Hi-Tech companies on various aspects related to their day-to-day activity, as well as with respect to M&A and Venture Capital transactions.

Mr. Hazan’s professional experience also includes providing legal advice on matters pertaining to Israeli export regulations, and has specific expertize with respect to the DECA (Israeli Defense Export Controls Agency) export regime for the exportation of Munition and Dual-Use goods and technologies.
