Yoav Etzyon is a Managing Partner at Amit, Pollak, Matalon and Co-Head of the firm’s High Tech and Venture Capital Department.

Mr. Etzyon specializes in commercial and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, complex debt financing transactions, joint ventures and strategic collaborations. He regularly represents investment funds, private equity and debt funds, financial and strategic investors, multinational corporations, and private and public companies, providing ongoing legal counsel as well as advice on significant transactions in Israel and abroad.

Mr. Etzyon has extensive experience representing Israeli and international clients, including clients from the United States, Europe and Asia, in cross-border transactions and complex investment structures. Alongside his broad practice across a range of sectors, he has particular expertise in advising companies and transactions in the technology and life sciences sectors.
