Ian Rostowsky is a partner and Co-Head of Amit, Pollak, Matalon’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice.

With over 33 years of experience, Ian focuses on commercial law and complex corporate transactions, particularly within the hi-tech ecosystem. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, investment fund formation and representation, development and licensing agreements, strategic alliances, and international joint ventures.

Ian represents technology companies at all stages of development and across diverse technology sectors, advising on both day-to-day commercial matters and strategic growth transactions. He also has extensive experience assisting foreign corporations in establishing operations in Israel and advising on Israel-related legal and regulatory matters.

In his intellectual property practice, Ian counsels companies and investors on a broad range of IP issues, integrating IP strategy into corporate and transactional frameworks to support innovation, investment, and long-term value creation.
