Adv. Daniel Marcovici is a partner at Amit, Pollak, Matalon, and Co-head of the Capital Markets Department.

Daniel has vast experience in corporate and securities laws, as well as in handling and advising on complex commercial transactions, including, amongst others, financing and investments in corporations, acquisition of securities, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and public securities issuances on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

For more than 20 years Daniel has been representing a diverse array of clients, both investors and corporations, in financing and investment transactions in public and private companies, as well as in M&As, capital raisings by start-ups and a diverse range of commercial transactions.
