Yifat Weiss is a Partner in the  Tax department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon

Ms. Weiss’ practice focuses on domestic and international taxation.

Ms. Weiss is experienced in the preparation of tax opinions in connection with the Israeli and International tax aspects applicable, inter alia, to mergers and acquisitions transactions, international commercial transactions, individual and corporate tax planning and other tax matters.

Ms. Weiss is further experienced in the preparation of complex tax ruling applications submitted to the Israeli Tax on behalf of venture capital funds, high-tech companies and individuals.
