Martyn is a corporate partner with over 18 years of experience, providing advice to buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors from entrepreneurs to large corporates. Martyn is a specialist corporate lawyer engrained in the Cardiff legal arena where he heads up HCR's Welsh corporate team. Martyn advises his clients on a wide array of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital & private equity, management buyouts and joint ventures.

Delyth is an Associate in HCR's Corporate team.

Theresa is a partner in the Corporate department with considerable corporate transactional experience. Theresa advises on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and joint ventures. She also has experience of corporate restructurings, corporate finance and corporate governance issues.

I joined the Firm in April 2023, as a Partner for the Commercial team. I enjoy helping clients thrive, develop and build relationships while seeking to protect their assets, people and reputations. To provide the best advice possible, I really get to know my clients and their businesses inside-out. I am interested in them and what they seek to achieve – and I want to be alongside them in that journey, as a sounding board and confidante alongside a solicitor. My specialisms include commercial supply contracts for goods and services, research collaborations, procurement and commercial advice on large-scale partnership projects and data protection and IP advice
