Arpinder has advised her clients for over 20 years on a wide variety of corporate matters.
Arpinder acts for businesses of all shapes and sizes across a broad range of sectors and she focuses primarily on corporate transactional work, both in the UK and abroad. As well as acquisitions and disposals, Arpinder is experienced in corporate restructures and management buyouts.
Alongside Arpinder's corporate role, she heads up HCR’s equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) team. EDI at HCR is about building on and nurturing HCR’s existing talent, and diversifying and widening our talent pool.
