Thomas works on litigation matters, including commercial disputes, complex criminal cases, and internal investigations.

Tom is involved in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals in federal and state forums. He also maintains an active pro bono docket in the areas of criminal defense and immigration.

Tom returns to the firm after a year-and-a-half clerkship for the Honorable Robert Kirsch in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Tom previously worked as an associate and summer associate at the firm.
