Boaz works on litigation matters, including Lanham Act false advertising cases and proceedings before the National Advertising Division.

Boaz also represents individuals and entities in criminal and civil white collar matters, including in investigations and enforcement proceedings before government and regulatory agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). His work involves matters in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and mediations and includes all stages of proceedings, from pleadings, motions and hearings to managing large-scale discovery, preparing fact and knowledgeable witnesses for depositions and trial, taking and defending depositions, and trial strategy and preparation. He is particularly skilled at crafting legal briefs at both the trial and appellate levels, including co-authoring several U.S. Supreme Court amicus briefs in pro bono cases.
