Genevieve Burger-Weiser works on litigation matters.

Previously a summer associate, Genevieve clerked for the Honorable J. Curtis Joyner in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While in law school, Genevieve interned at the Federal Community Defenders Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in its Capital Habeas Unit and interned with the New York Legal Assistance Group’s Domestic Violence Clinical Center. She also worked at the North Penn Legal Services Criminal Expungement Clinic and co-chaired the Uncontested Divorce Pro Bono Project in Brooklyn, New York. Before law school, Genevieve was a lecturer in writing at Manhattanville College, where she taught classes in English literature and a course on genocide and international human rights.
