Amina is a member of the Luxembourg private capital, corporate and M&A team. She advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, joint-ventures, group restructurings and corporate governance, both within a domestic and cross-border context. Her multidisciplinary legal background is rooted in an international academic path, combining a dual bachelor’s degree in French and Anglo-American law with a DJCE, a selective Master program in business law in France, enabling her to address complex cross-border issues with agility. Her professional experience in international law firms in France and Luxembourg, as well as within an asset management company, has further sharpened her ability to deliver strategic, business-oriented legal advice tailored to clients' needs.
