Andrea Sgalla specializes in banking and financial law, M&A and Real Estate, and assists clients in civil and corporate litigations. He advises banks, financial intermediaries, SGRs (fund management companies), Real Estate Investment Funds as well as companies and private clients in matters concerning contracts and M&A transactions. Prior to joining Grimaldi Studio Legale, Sgalla worked at the firm Alpa-Galletto in Genoa, Andersen Legal and the Milan office of Galgano Law Firm, where he was partner (working in the corporate sector) and Head of the Real Estate Department.
