Kochański & Partners’ international disputes team receives instructions from foreign investors under bilateral investment treaties in the most complex investor-State arbitrations, while the commercial disputes practice faces an increasing number of instructions to represent clients in the most complex commercial cases, both via arbitration and in courts.
