Career
Tomasz specialises in corporate, commercial, banking and infrastructure litigation. He represents clients in proceedings concerning multi-million investments, infringements of copyright, trademarks and industrial designs, the settlement of accounts within consortia, contractual penalties and liability.
He is experienced in dispute resolution involving the revocation and invalidation of resolutions passed by company bodies, the liability of parent companies, the enforcement of share sale agreements, and shareholders’ access to company documents and information, as well as in disputes between shareholders.
He also represents banks in large-scale litigation portfolios, particularly in relation to financial instruments, foreign currency loans, WIBOR and banking products. He effectively manages legal risk in the financial sector by designing and implementing systematic litigation solutions for Poland’s largest banks.
Tomasz is responsible for Kochański & Partners’ business expansion in southern Poland, focusing on the rapid growth of the Cracow office and building strong relationships with key investors in the region.
He is a speaker at industry conferences focusing on litigation. He is regularly involved in community projects, working on a pro bono basis.
