Rhea Specogna is an associate of the firm’s IP team in Zurich. She represents and advises clients in all aspects of intellectual property and unfair competition law, with a focus on trademark, copyright and design law.

Prior to joining MLL Legal 2024, Rhea Specogna gained practical experience as a law clerk at the District Court of Meilen. She further worked as an academic assistant at the Chair of Prof. Helmut Heiss, Professor for Private Law‚ Comparative Law‚ and Conflict of Laws at the University of Zurich, while writing a dissertation in the field of Blockchain, Smart Contracts and Dispute Resolution. She studied at the University of Zurich and the LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.

Since 2019 Rhea Specogna is a lecturer at the University of Zurich for International Private Law.
