Senior Associate.

Anastasiia advises clients on a variety of antitrust and competition law matters, including anticompetitive concerted practices (cartels), abuse of dominance, vertical agreements, merger control and unfair competition. She represents clients before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) in investigations and sector inquiries, as well as in court proceedings challenging the AMC decisions.
