Ms. Demydenko focuses on advising Ukrainian and international clients on a wide range of construction-related matters and co-heads this workstream.

Viktoriya has 16 years of professional experience, including as a part of Asters team and as an in-house lawyer. Before re-joining Asters, she was a senior legal counsel at major international industrial group where she was responsible for managing the land bank, consulting on real estate and construction, environmental and natural resources matters.
