Denys Boginich is a qualified attorney with over 12 years of experience in real estate, construction, corporate, civil, and criminal law, as well as IT, banking, and finance. He advises clients on international corporate transactions, business structuring, tax planning, litigation, and criminal defense.

Denys has led legal teams on major development and investment projects, including the acquisition of assets by Dragon Capital, the construction of the "Platforma Korolenkivska" business center, and expansion of the “Coworking Platforma” network. He also advises on investment structuring involving the EBRD and the European Business Association.

His practice includes legal support during inspections, searches, and criminal proceedings, including the return of seized assets and multimillion deposits from liquidated banks. Denys regularly advises clients on day-to-day corporate and regulatory matters.
