Mr. Ernest Gramatskiy, founder and president of the firm, has been the driving force behind its philosophy and strategic direction for over two decades. He leads the most significant mandates in litigation, foreign investment, international trade, business restructuring, and corporate law. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Gramatskiy is actively engaged in academic and educational initiatives, serving as a professor of civil law at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He is also the founder and patron of various national and international projects promoting entrepreneurship and civil liberties.
