Igor Reutov has been with Gramatskiy & Partners since 2003 and is a Partner of the firm. He advises Ukrainian and international clients on a broad range of legal matters, including contract law, tax, intellectual property, employment, real estate, and general commercial issues.

Igor represents clients in court proceedings and before state and municipal authorities. His expertise includes contract negotiation, lease arrangements, international trade, transactions involving shares, promissory notes, and mortgage-backed securities. He also has significant experience in advising on the resolution of tax disputes.

Representative experience includes:

• Advising IT companies on market entry and day-to-day legal operations in Ukraine.

• Advising an asset management company on a USD 180 million issuance of investment certificates and related investment activities.

• Representing a client in a USD 2 million tax dispute before the administrative court, court of appeal, and the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine.
