Managing Partner

Chadi is the Managing Partner at Hourani & Partners and a US-trained and qualified lawyer. He represents and advises a balance of large families and UHNWIs, private equity firms, investment banks and multi-nationals on a broad range of legal matters in the fields of corporate structuring, M&A, private equity, joint ventures, securities/capital markets, real estate, financial services, and restructuring advisory transactions.

Chadi works very closely with clients and adds value to their legal needs by gaining a clear understanding of their businesses and goals. He has been recognized by some of the region’s largest private equity firms, high-net worth families, investment banks and multi-nationals as a commercial minded legal expert who offers creative and pragmatic legal advice.

Chadi currently serves as the Chairman of Georgetown University Law Center’s MENA Alumni Advisory Board.

Prior to joining Hourani & Partners Chadi gained experience in the US practicing at prominent international law firms, including Akin Gump and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae.
