Victor focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, investment and capital market transactions, general corporate advisory and private investment funds. Victor has extensive experience of complex transactions involving both fund and industrial clients. He also regularly advises clients in general commercial and contractual matters and on investments in private investment funds (e.g. private equity and venture capital funds).
