Antti is specialized in tax law, tax disputes and tax structuring. He is a recognized tax specialist with an extensive experience in tax matters related to M&A and real estate transactions, complex domestic and cross-border corporate structure planning as well as taxation of banking & finance and insurance. He regularly represents clients in court proceedings before administrative courts in tax dispute matters. Antti also advises his clients in the field of corporate law. He has also experience in drafting laws as he has acted as the secretary for the Working Group of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health when the Finnish Insurance Company Law was amended in 1997.
