Lorenzo has also developed a renowned expertise in industrial environment law (classified facilities, wastes, restoration of polluted sites, sanitary regulations applicable to property goods – asbestos, xylophagous insects, plumbism, legionella, etc.).

Rodolphe Cavroy

Rodolphe Cavroy is a partner at Kalliopé. He has developed in-depth and broad-based experience in project finance / PPP, acquisition and asset finance, syndicated and structured finance (LBOs, MBOs), real estate finance and investment funds. He has acknowledged project finance expertise in the renewable energy (photovoltaic, wind energy, biomass) transportation and infrastructure sectors and in real estate investment schemes (OPCIs). He also contributes to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters in association with his partners. His principal clients are banks, financial institutions and companies specialising in the industrial and real estate sectors.

Nicolas Contis

Nicolas Contis assists big groups, small and mid-sized companies in all their litigation and arbitration cases (tortious liability, contractual liability, shareholder disputes, criminal business law, etc.). In addition, he has developed a cute expertise in negotiating and drafting complex contracts (particularly, distribution agreements – franchise agreements, commercial agency agreements – sale contracts, provision of services contracts, joint ventures, etc.). He also intervenes in corporate law matters, notably in acquisition and/reorganisation transactions, in synergy with other partners.

Maitre Florence Coussau

Florence joined Kalliopé as a partner in January 2021. Florence Coussau advises domestic and international listed and unlisted groups, as well as mid-sized and start-ups in all areas of social security law (individual and collective relations), both in counseling and litigation. Florence advises companies on employment-related issues arising in the context of M&A and private equity transactions, business transfers, economic layoffs, as well as on day-to-day employment-related issues such as individual dismissals, employee representative bodies, collective bargaining, working hours, international mobility, etc. She assists senior executives and executive officers, particularly in the negotiation of compensation or departure packages, as well as before the courts. She also provides training to her clients and participates in conferences in her areas of expertise.

Tanguy D’everlange

Tanguy d’Everlange has developed a renowned expertise in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate groups restructuring, in France and abroad. He regularly advises listed and non-listed companies on their purchase or sale of assets or corporate entities, as well as on the creation of joint venture companies. He also assists his clients in financing transactions and issuance of stock and other equities for the purpose of, amongst others, venture capital, capital growth and leveraged buy-out investments. Finally, he advises entrepreneurs and executive officers in the organisation of their corporation or group’s governance as well as in the establishment of stock option plans.

Jocelyn Duval

Jocelyn Duval, one of the founding partner, assists corporations and public entities on public law matters, whether in transactional or litigation cases. He has more particularly developed expertise in urban law (town and country planning, construction permits) and commercial and environmental urbanism as well as public contracts (procurements, PPPs, etc.). He also regularly intervenes in regulatory and contractual aspects of development or financing operations in the renewable energies, transportation, infrastructures and health business sectors (photovoltaic, wind farms, biomass and hydraulic).
Julie Gayrard

Julie Gayrard

Julie Gayrard became a partner at Kalliopé in 2019. She assists and advises French and foreign companies in structuring their contractual relations and drafting commercial contracts of all types (service, distribution, supply, subcontracting, franchise, sales representative contracts etc.). She also represents her clients before the civil and commercial courts regarding their litigation in business law (commercial litigation, sudden termination, liability, litigation between shareholders, post-acquisition litigation, distribution, international contracts, enforcement proceedings, etc.), and in the procedures and operations of judicial expertise, while promoting, if they wish, an amicable way of settling disputes. In addition to her business law skills, she has also developed sector expertise for food companies, which are increasingly confronted with strict regulations that are constantly evolving. Her knowledge of the practices of this sector allows her to stay closer to her clients and respond to their concerns in an operational way. Julie assists all types of companies, from start-ups to large international groups, adapting to their needs.
