Testimonials
‘The management of the file by one or even two lawyers allows us to receive a good overall perspective of the issues specific to the case. The team’s expertise is based on solid technical skills but also on a direct approach with regard to the point of law to be addressed. By explaining the problem raised and the response proposed, they ensure that the strategy is perfectly understood and validated by the client.’
‘Nathalie Dupuy-Loup and Philippe Mathurin are my main contacts. They understand the facts and the legal and commercial issues, propose a strategy (based on the anticipated means of action, jurisdictional issues, etc.) and adapt it as the situation evolves, which contributes to the optimal defence of the client’s interests.’
‘The availability and accessibility of the lawyers constitutes an asset in the formation of the lawyer-client team: the work is distributed and carried out as a team, with a strong capacity to integrate into the client’s company, including with people who are not used to interacting with legal professionals.’
