Counsel at Fivers. Prior to joining Fivers, he spent ten years at a leading Milan-based law firm specialising in financial law.

His practice focuses mainly on financial markets law. He provides legal assistance to Italian and international financial institutions on matters concerning banking and financial regulation, and represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings related to the financial sector.

He has developed in-depth expertise in the regulation of investment services, advising on both compliance and related civil litigation. He is also highly experienced in matters involving market abuse, having assisted banks, financial intermediaries, and individuals in sanctioning proceedings before the competent supervisory authorities.

His practice also encompasses advisory work on derivative financial instruments, including regulatory compliance, transaction structuring, and the management of pre-litigation and complex civil disputes. He also advises Fintech operators, with particular focus on the regulatory aspects connected with the intermediation of crypto-assets and the provision of financial services through blockchain technologies.

Since early 2024, he has been providing professional training on banking and financial services regulation to employees of banks and investment firms.
