Kimathi & Partners advised African Finance Corporation and other lenders on a US$100m facility to the Volta River Authority in relation to VRA’s 350MW combined cycle gas project.

Kimathi & Partners advised Google regarding the development of a fibre-optic infrastructure which includes the building of more than 1,200km of infrastructure to connect local ISPs and MNOs to provide fast and reliable internet in Ghana.

Kimathi & Partners is advising Golar LNG in respect of an LNG FSRU project it is developing in Ghana to supply LNG. This transaction is the first FSRU project in West Africa.
