Andrea Belényi leads VJT & Partners’ Regulatory & Compliance team and has been with the firm for nearly 10 years. She has more than 25 years of diverse professional experience and is a trusted adviser on complex regulatory, compliance and technology matters. Andrea is involved in a large number of the firm’s key client mandates and plays a leading role in many of its major compliance projects.

Her experience includes senior work at the Hungarian Competition Authority, giving her strong insight into regulatory decision-making and enforcement practice. In addition to her work in more traditional areas such as competition law and data protection, she is increasingly focused on AI and other areas of law that are of growing importance to businesses today. She is valued for her broad expertise, practical approach and ability to manage sophisticated projects with consistency and sound judgment. In addition to leading the firm’s regulatory and compliance practice, she is deeply involved in the firm’s technology-related matters.
