He deals with the drafting and negotiation of agreements between banks, debtors, investors and creditors in the financing and debt restructuring sector. He also advises clients on M&A transactions and corporate extraordinary transactions, as well as in drafting and negotiating of the relevant agreements, including investment framework agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and sale and purchase agreements.
