Chiara focuses on banking and finance law, specialising in structured finance and the public sector, particularly with regard to credit assignment, securitisation and financing transactions. She has advised major Italian public institutions and administrations on securitisations involving a wide-range of assets, including contribution receivables (e.g. I.N.P.S., I.N.A.I.L.) and proceeds from the disposal of public real estate portfolios (e.g. S.C.I.P.).
