Amir Amar
Adv. Amir Amar is one of the founding partners and serves as Head of the Firm. Amit Lederman
Amit Lederman is a partner in our firm, heading the Insolvency, debt settlement, restructuring and Corporate Rehabilitation Department. Amit has two decades of experience in counselling and accompanying companies during insolvency proceedings, formulating and executing debt settlements, managing, and operating companies in rehabilitation and receivership as well as conducting complex litigation proceedings relating to companies in crisis. The team under his management is among the leading teams in Israel for handling insolvency proceedings, of the largest and most complex in the country, with emphasis on corporate rehabilitation. Amit is regularly appointed by various district courts as officer for companies and corporations under insolvency and settlement proceedings, including infrastructure, retail, real estate, communication, commercial and industrial companies. Amit is also appointed as mediator on behalf of the court on complex disputes related to insolvency, as well as commercial disputes. Amit and his team cooperate with an economic-managerial team to handle cases from all angles, combining legal, economic, accounting and management aspects. Dana Amir-Fried
Dana Amir-Fried is a partner at our Class Actions and Litigation Department, specializing in class action suits and civil commercial law. Dana represents clients in complex and high-profile litigation cases conducted in courts, in arbitration and mediation proceedings in a variety of practice areas and issues including communications, contracts, intellectual property, corporations, consumer protection, antitrust, privacy protection, labour law and regulation. Dana specializes in representing defendants in class action lawsuits in various fields (food and retail, telecommunication, software). Dana represents our clients in proceedings before government ministries, including the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Consumer Protection and Fair-Trade Authority. Dana provides ongoing consultation and legal support to the firm clients in their day-to-day business, on regulation, commercial engagements, labour law, franchising, intellectual property and consumer protection. Daniel Chinn
Daniel Chinn is a partner and Head of our High-Tech Department. Daniel specialises in representing venture capital and private equity funds, as well as companies in the technology industry. Daniel represents early-stage technology companies from the initial stages of conception and ideation through the establishment of the company, raising capital from investors, contracting with employees, including compensation plans and options, drafting development, product manufacturing, licencing, marketing and distribution agreements, and all the way through public offerings to a possible ultimate exit. Daniel was a partner in the commercial and corporate department of leading law firms, and a partner in Israel Seed Partners, a Jerusalem-based venture capital fund with close to $300m under his management. In addition, he served as the CEO of an Agrotech company. Daniel also served as CEO and the executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Finjan Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNJN) where he worked with management to lead the company to significant revenues before being acquired by Fortress Capital. Eyal Roy Sage

He draws on his technical background to provide practical commercial and regulatory advice, helping bridge the gap between often outdated laws and modern technology. Ram  Jeanne
Adv. Jeanne heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, consistently ranked at the top of the leading litigation departments in Israel. Adv. Jeanne is one of the firm’s founding partners and serves as its managing partner. Adv. Sharon Kohane
Sharon Kohane is a partner in our firm, heading the White-Collar Crime Department. Sharon is an expert in economic oriented white-collar crime, securities laws violations, money laundering, public corruption, tax cases, antitrust, corporate violations and administrative and public law – including cases with highly confidential classification. Sharon accompanies high profile clients, public figures, officials, business persons and leading companies on the market, on a wide range of subjects at the forefront of public and legal discussion in Israel. Prior to joining AYR, she served for 15 years as a senior prosecutor in the Tel Aviv Prosecution (taxation and economy), inter alia as the department manager responsible for combined economic enforcement in the district. Within this capacity she managed cases of public and legal importance in the field of criminal-economic law. Through her many years of service in senior positions at the prosecution, Sharon has gained considerable experience and expertise in managing criminal economic cases (white collar crimes), that are complex and far reaching, at courts of all instances, including property seizure and foreclosure. Yaron Reiter
Yaron Reiter is one of the firm’s founding partners, and heads our Class Actions and Litigation Department, which is consistently ranked by both local and foreign ranking guides as a leader in its field. Yaron is a highly esteemed and venerated litigator, whose appearances in courts have secured him a solid reputation. He is recognized for his creative approach to complex litigation. Yaron serves as an arbitrator and mediator, and appears before all courts, including the Supreme Court and Appellate Courts. Yaron has in-depth knowledge and expertise in local and international litigation and particularly in the field of class actions; in addition, he possesses extensive experience in partner and shareholders disputes.
