Barbora Dunovská
Managing partner
Barbora Simon Dunovská is the managing partner of the firm. She started her professional career in 1993 in one of the first private law firms in Prague, became a partner in 1995 and led a team of lawyers specializing in financial law and banking until 2009, when she founded DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS.
Barbora has many years of practical experience (more than 30 years) in banking and finance, including restructuring as a legal advisor to leading Czech banks and financial institutions. She also has extensive experience in M&A and corporate law.
Since 2012, she has been annually listed in The Legal 500 Reference Guide as a recommended lawyer for Banking, finance and capital markets.
Barbora is listed among the top nine female lawyers in the Top Partners category in the overview of exceptional Czech business lawyers, which is presented by the #PRVNÍCH100LET project in cooperation with Týdeník EURO.
