  1. Acting for a Shareholder of a Russian Bank in obtaining interim injunctions in aid and in support of the LCIA Arbitral claim for enforcement of a call option Agreement (claim USD 70 millions).
  2. Acting for a Respondent in opposing of a drastic anti suit injunction precluding Respondent from filing court or arbitral proceedings worldwide except before LCIA and succeeding in quashing and cancelling such anti-suit injunction by certiorari (USD 70 millions).
  3. Acting for a Claimant in an LCIA Arbitral Claim in applying before Cyprus Court to obtain extensive inter relief in aid of its unfair prejudice LCIA Arbitral Claim (i.e. USD 160 millions).
  4. Advising in co-operation with Winston & Strawn (Los Angeles and Paris offices) on behalf of a large multinational corporation for defending an ICC arbitral claim raised by distributor for breach of a distributorship Agreement (Euro 25 millions).
  5. Advising a large Russian Bank which has been nationalized for the taking of steps for the tracing and recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars which have been stolen from the Bank by its previous management and owners (USD 300 – 500 millions).
  6. Advising and acting for a Claimant in proceedings for enforcement of its call option rights and for damages for breach of the Call Option Agreement and obtaining interim relief (i.e. USD 150 millions).
  7. Advising a holder of an Arbitral Award issued against a foreign state on the basis of a bilateral investment treaty about enforcement of an arbitral Award in Cyprus against assets owned by the foreign state and on the defense of state immunity (USD 350 millions).
  8. Handling the preparation and monitoring of a criminal complaint with Cypriot criminal authorities filed by a large Russian group against former employees for misappropriation of legal funds and for obtaining bribes (USD 100 millions)
  9. Working with Essar Group with interests in steel, shipping and oil refining on the project relating to crude oil whereas we have assisted with the amendment of the Articles of Association of the Target CypCo, provided legal opinion and assisted and review and drafting of the associated transaction documentation.
  10. Working with Sistema Group on debt restructuring. Cyprus element included preparation of the legal opinions and die diligence of the Cyprus entities. The transaction is a multimillion transaction and has been completed on 31st December 2018;
  11. Advising Reed Smith Greece on hotel restructuring project. Cyprus part involved review of the pledge agreements and diligence of the Cyprus entities.
  12. Advising King & Spalding in relation to the investment to be channelled by one of the investors and associated legal steps in amending the articles of association of the Cyprus entity.
  13. Working with Jacob Katz & Co on the complex Escrow Agreement relating to gaming industry, share purchase agreement and amendment of the Articles of the Cyprus target arrangements in the light of the reorganization of the transaction to secure the performance of the obligations under the current SPA and protection of any 3rd party buyer.
