Petra Rózsahegyi has been working as a lawyer in the tax and employment groups at Lakatos, Köves and Partners. As a tax lawyer, Petra has been gaining a wide variety of experiences and knowledge in this special and difficult sector of law advising on tax issues in corporate matters from setting up a business to the daily management of Hungarian operations. Working within both the employment and the tax group makes Petra well placed to provide our clients with the best-structured deal advice. As an employment lawyer, Petra is advising on a wide range of employment law issues, including advice on employment framework for corporates (employment agreements and policies, consulting and secondment arrangements, non-compete arrangements, the termination of standard and executive contracts, confidentiality arrangements, and TUPE related advice), structuring schemes and redundancy programmes, developing complex senior management employment contracts and executive terminations.
