Ágnes Hegyi is a senior real estate and corporate lawyer who has been a key member of the firm for over 20 years.
She is a highly accomplished expert across the full spectrum of real estate and corporate law, with particular focus on real estate portfolio management, the real estate aspects of NPL portfolios, and environmental considerations in property transactions. Ágnes regularly advises on the acquisition, development, leasing, and ongoing management of various real estate assets, including offices, retail and shopping centres, and hotels. She also has extensive experience in international commercial contracts, M&A projects, complex transaction management, and general corporate advisory work.
Ágnes holds an LL.M. in international commercial contracts from the University of London and a postgraduate corporate law qualification from Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
