Ágnes Hegyi is a stalwart of our office since 20 years. She is a leading senior real estate lawyer and corporate lawyer, who is an accomplished expert in the full spectrum of these practices. She is specialized in real estate portfolio management, real estate context of NPL portfolios and environmental law aspects of real estate law. She is routinely providing comprehensive support for acquisition, development, leasing and daily housekeeping of all sorts of real estate (office, retail/shopping centres, hotels). She has extensive experience in international commercial contracts, M&A projects, management of complex transactions and general corporate counselling.

Ágnes has completed an LL.M. at the University of London in the area of international commercial contracts and received a professional corporate lawyer degree in a postgraduate course of Pázmány Péter Chatolic University.
