He has more than 9 years of successful experience in defending the interests of major international and domestic companies in settlement of disputes with tax, customs, and other public authorities.

Nikita also advises taxpayers on general tax, customs, and other regulatory issues, including transfer pricing.

He represents large international and domestic companies, as well as their officials, in numerous criminal proceedings on economic crimes, such as tax evasion, fraud, shame business, smuggling, etc.

Moreover, Nikita successfully represents clients' interests before the European Court of Human Rights.
