Bruno Nogueiro specializes in private Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures, with a particular focus on the information technology and energy industries. His expertise includes acquisition and sale of companies and groups, strategic partnerships and joint venture agreements, divestment of non-core assets, group and shareholder structure reorganizations. He also assists shareholders in corporate litigations.

During his experience at DARROIS VILLEY MAILLOT BROCHIER, Bruno Nogueiro was seconded in the corporate department of WACHTELL, LIPTON, ROSEN & KATZ law firm in New York for a year.  He was also a corporate partner at FIDAL (2015 to 2019).
