Department head Milen Rusev advises on complex M&A deals from a competition perspective, and Iliya Grozdanov is ‘very responsive and dedicated’. The team acted for Eko Bulgaria in proceedings before the Bulgarian competition authority regarding a possible cartel in the motor fuel retail sector, where the client faced a fine of €30m.
