Antoine Maisonneuve
Antoine Maisonneuve is specialized in Business Criminal Law. He regularly assists companies as well as private persons in Financial and Accounting Criminal Law. He has a solid experience in Disciplinary and Regulatory Litigation and in Sport Criminal Law. He also deals with General Criminal Law cases. He has been Partner of the firm since 2015.
He often publishes papers in specialized press in those areas (Dalloz-Lexisnexis-Lextenso) and intervenes in Universities and professional organizations.
He co-wrote a book publish by PUF titled “Repenser la responsabilité pénale de l’entreprise” (“Rethink firm’s criminal responsibility”).
