Marius Ezer is a Partner in the Bucharest office and the head of the local Dispute Resolution service line.

Marius has 19 years of professional experience in dispute resolution, with a strong focus on complex insolvency proceedings, creditor rights and asset recovery, and sophisticated tax litigation. He has a strong track record in high-profile cases before the Romanian courts at all levels, as well as in domestic and international arbitration files, in sectors such as energy, agribusiness, automotive, real estate, retail and consumer goods.

His work is complemented by extensive experience in labour litigation, covering disciplinary actions, dismissal procedures, reinstatement claims, and cases involving harassment, discrimination, or contractual breaches, as well as advising real estate clients on matters governed by FIDIC contractual frameworks.
