Raluca Botea is a Counsel in the Bucharest office focusing on dispute resolution, projects & infrastructure as well as data privacy matters.

Raluca has extensive expertise in a range of regulatory, litigation and arbitration scenarios, including public procurement procedures and concession agreements at various stages. She represents clients involved in a various range of projects in cases involving contractual and tort liability, competition, and tax-related and other contentious administrative matters (such as seeking the annulment of certain documents issued by public authorities). She also assists in arbitration proceedings.
