Raluca Gabor is a Counsel in the Bucharest office focusing on Energy & Infrastructure, and M&A, Corporate and Private Equity.

She has more than a decade of experience advising on large-scale infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle, with a particular focus on the energy sector - including renewables, conventional power, oil & gas (onshore and offshore), mining, and petrochemicals.

Raluca has advised on market liberalisation reforms, green certificate schemes, offshore petroleum legislation, and the transition toward carbon neutrality. Her work spans permitting, licensing, EPC and O&M structuring, grid connection, and regulatory compliance, as well as transactional support on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate governance for leading energy players.

She also has experience in public consultations on key energy laws and has supported state-owned entities, investors, and developers on complex, market-shaping projects.

In addition to her energy sector work, Raluca has extensive experience in sector-agnostic M&A and private equity transactions, advising strategic investors, financial sponsors, and portfolio companies across a range of industries on complex acquisitions, divestitures, and investment structures.
