Banking and Finance

Magdalena Raducanu is a Partner in the Bucharest office. She leads the local Banking & Finance service line and also serves as the co-head of the firm-wide Banking and Finance service line.

She has more than 22-year experience in advising reputable banks and financial institutions or well-known borrowers on banking and finance matters.

She has expertise in a broad range of matters after having dedicated her focus exclusively to banking and finance and financial regulatory matters. Lately, she has dedicated significant efforts in assisting banks on various ESG-related mandates.

Since joining our office’s local banking practice, Magdalena has advised or coordinated banking mandates in the amount of EUR 4 billion.

Prior to joining Kinstellar in 2021, she spent almost her entire career with the Bucharest office of Dentons.

Magdalena Răducanu is fluent in English and native in Romanian.

Magdalena is a Member of the Romanian Union of Lawyers and of the Bucharest Bar Association.

Magdalena graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, LL.B., in 1999.
